Ordering Ellison Dies:

1. View the selection: all die sets are listed on the Ellison Die order form - BUT BEFORE ORDERING, go to step 2 below to see if the dies you want are available.

2. Check availability: refresh or reload your browser for the most current view of the Ellison Die Calendar below. To view all the details of an entry, left click your mouse on the entry and a pop-up window of the entry will appear. The calendar is current only to the last 1-2 business days but if dies look available they usually are, so go ahead to the next step and order.

3. Order dies: after you've checked the calendar below for availability, use the Ellison Die order form to submit your order. Within 1-2 business days NFLS staff will email you the order confirmation and post your order to the web calendar. If there are conflicts with simultaneous orders from other libraries, NFLS staff will contact those libraries to determine priority, possible alternative dates, etc. If you need to know real time availability, please call (920) 448-4417.

Machines: If a machine is available in the system, NFLS staff will get that machine to you (we'll contact another library that is storing one if we need to). You'll get machine info. with your order confirmation and when the items are shipped to you, instructions for how to return them.

The machines in our system are: 1.) NFLS has one that travels, 2.) MRT keeps one for the MRT libraries but if not in use, any library can use it, 3.) SHA keeps one for the SHA libraries but if not in use, any library can use it, 4.) NFLS has a stationary machine that has no case and can't travel - it stays in the NFLS break room, 5.) Brown Co. Central has one that doesn't travel that they use in the back room on the 3rd floor of the Central library.
