Interlibrary Loan Forms
- EMAIL/FAX:
The preferred order of methods we'd like to receive requests are
as follows: 1.) OCLC WRS username
and password are required,
2.) NFLS
ILL web forms - a username and password are required,
2.) Email, 3.) Fax. For
emailed requests, please use the email address: nflsill [at] mail.nfls.lib.wi.us
--using either free-text or the ALA ILL form in Word
or PDF
format. NFLS ILL staff will respond back
via email. Fax requests using ALA format if possible to: 920-448-4420.
- NFLS
acts as a Lender for the 2 catalogs in OWLS/NFLS and accepts
request from non-OCLC libraries via this Online
form.
