    3. Requesting Items - How To:
    - Request an item as a patron (and patron access to WorldCat)
    - Request an item as library staff:
    - First, check your patron's status with your library
    - Apply patron limits
    - Set up access on your PC to the library staff mode of OCLC WRS
    - Log into your library's account (once in the library staff mode of OCLC WRS)
    - Search for an item
    - Check an item's shelf status/availability
    - Request an item in Worldcat
    - Using other request methods than OCLC (placing direct holds on InfoSoup/BCL, emailing NFLS ILL, etc.)
    - Use NFLS ILL's Deadline Service for priority requests, bookclubs, etc.
    - Send a request to NFLS ILL staff to work on specifically (and to view your request notes, etc.)
