Nicolet Federated Library System (Nicolet) seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as the Assistant Director. About the Position
The Assistant Director, under the general direction of the System Director, will help administer system services to member libraries, library directors, library staff, and board trustees. The Assistant Director will work directly with the system board to support its operations and provide ongoing professional development training for trustees. The Assistant Director will also assist, administer, plan, and evaluate consultation services provided to member libraries. This role requires strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to continually improving system services in an ever-changing library environment.
This is a full-time position at the system office in Green Bay, WI. In-office hours are flexible, and telecommuting is available several days a week. Semi-regular travel to member library locations within Northeast Wisconsin, statewide meetings or conferences is required, with an occasional overnight.

Nicolet is one of 15 public library systems in the state of Wisconsin and is organized under the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Nicolet serves 42 public library locations throughout eight Northeast Wisconsin counties: Brown, Door, Florence, Kewaunee, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto and Shawano.
