Facebook has announced the addition of 22 new digital marketing training courses as part of its free Facebook Blueprint education platform. The new Blueprint courses will be available at facebook.com/blueprint at the end of the month.
One module that is particularly valuable for libraries is Get Started with Events, which shows you how to use Facebook to create, share, and promote events. Even the experienced Facebook user is likely to pick up some great tips to make their next library event or program really stand out!

National Library Week 2019: New Graphics with Honorary Chair Melinda Gates, Ken Jeong Video PSA, and More
CSLP is delighted to share its 2019 Summer Reading Public Service Announcements. It is offering two :30 second broadcast ready PSAs (one in English and one in Spanish) and three web-based PSAs for use online, on social media, or streaming in schools or libraries.

NFLS welcomes Lori Baumgart as its new Marketing, Communications and Continuing Education Specialist.
Lori earned her BA in Marketing from Lakeland College and, being an avid lifelong learner, continues to enhance her marketing and communications skills. She has many years of experience in the business community and is looking forward to getting to know the library community.
Lori lives with her family in the Fox Valley area where she is an active volunteer. A long time library patron, we welcome Lori to the other side of the desk and are anxious to get her started serving the NFLS public libraries. Today is her first day!
