Applications accepted until filled. Nicolet Federated Library System is hiring! WHO WE ARE: Nicolet Federated Library System is one of 15 public library systems in the state of Wisconsin. Nicolet serves 42 public library locations in eight counties throughout Northeast Wisconsin by providing behind-the-scenes assistance with interlibrary loans, grants, marketing, training, technology support and so much more! POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for a wide-variety of duties that support Nicolet’s administrative activities, Board preparation, interlibrary loan delivery, grant administration, continuing education and outreach services. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) starting at $17/hour with full benefits. However, the position has the potential to grow into a 30-hour position within a year. Nicolet’s salary plans, insurance, and fringe benefit package is highly competitive. WHO YOU ARE: The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a self-starter. They will be able to work independently and anticipate the needs of the office and member libraries. They will be able to take on increasingly complex tasks as they become familiar with the system and our services.
