Library Director - Marinette County Consolidated Library System

Provide overall supervision of operation of all branch library outlets of Marinette County Consolidated Library System; provide leadership, direction and management to all Library staff; create/implement policies and procedures, developing programs essential for productive operation of the County Library and its outlets, and assuring that state standards for public libraries are met.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Library Science from an American Library Association accredited institution; four years experience and/or training in a library setting or related field with supervisory experience; an active Library Grade I certification from the State of WI or be qualified to apply for a provisional certification status; active Library Certification for directorship of library from State of WI; insurance acceptable driver’s license.
