The Gillett Public Library seeks a well-organized and energetic leader to direct the operation of their library. The library service area includes approximately 2000 residents in northeast Wisconsin about 45 minutes northwest of Green Bay. The library is an integral part of the community and includes a separate Community Center facility and an outdoor Community Square space. Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the public library board of trustees, the library director is responsible for the operations of the library and the development and implementation of its service program. Qualifications: Grade 3 Wisconsin Public Librarian Certification - 54 college semester credits including at least 27 in the liberal arts and sciences; supplemented by 12-semester credits approved by the Division in Public Library Administration (within one year). Compensation: Starting salary range is dependent on qualifications and experience, and includes full-time benefits.
