Privacy and Wisconsin Public Libraries Tutorials for Frontline Staff and Managers: Wisconsin public library workers now have access to a tutorial covering the basics of privacy and public libraries, with specific attention to Wisconsin laws. On-demand, with modules for frontline staff and managers. Earn 1hr CE credit for completing all 4 modules.

Ryan Dowd’s Librarian’s Guide to Homelessness and Other Trainings: On-demand, self-paced online trainings. Find tips for de-escalating challenging situations for all patrons and get a better understanding of those who are experiencing homelessness.
