WISPUBLIB has served the Wisconsin Library Community as a forum for conversation about library topics. Using a mindset of continuous improvement, the Department of Public Instruction has been rolling out Google Communities for Libraries, a platform for library conversation in Wisconsin. DPI staff will be posting information and announcements exclusively through these channels as of January 4th, 2016.
This WISPUBLIB list will continue to coexist as an unmoderated communication channel through January, until February 1st, 2016, when it will no longer be available.
One of our goals in establishing communities is to provide focused forums in broad topical areas so that community members don’t necessarily have to receive all messages from all who post.
