As of May 2024, Bethany Huse has been installed as the S. Verna Fowler Academic Library/Menominee Public Library's Library Director for the College of Menominee Nation (CMN). After graduating from Drexel University in the summer of 2016, Bethany started working at CMN in the fall of 2016, serving as Librarian and Head of Special Collections, then Interim Library Director in 2021. During her time at CMN, Bethany has learned new skills and the details of library work. She is honored to take the reins and lead the library into the next chapter, supporting the students, staff, and faculty of the College of Menominee Nation and the community of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin. In her personal life, Bethany loves to craft, play video games, and care for her four cats. Look out, though; she'll share many stories and pictures of the cats without warning!
