Reimbursement for materials borrowed using a NEWIL Courtesy Card:
- Courtesy cards were previously issued to check out materials from NEWIL member libraries such as UW-Green Bay, Bellin, St. Vincent and St. Norbert libraries. Courtesy Cards were meant to be used as a one-time usage of loaning library materials between NEWIL member libraries. The loan of library materials was subject to the rules and regulations of lending libraries.
- As of June 2, 2022, NEWIL was dissolved and is no longer sponsoring the courtesy card.
- If you loaned out materials prior to June 2, 2022 using a courtesy card, and the items were lost, stolen or damaged, funds have been set aside to cover replacement costs. The funds will be distributed to libraries on a first come, first served basis. After five years, any remaining funds will be distributed to the Wisconsin Library Association Foundation.
- Please submit an expense reimbursement form to NFLS at [email protected].
