Hello, My name is Lori Orlinsky, and I have recently been published with Mascot Books. I'm writing to ask if you might consider offering my featured title in your library. I am a Chicago author and was just featured in the Chicago Tribune. “Being Small (Isn’t So Bad After All)” (ISBN: 978-1643071275) is a picture book about a little girl who doesn’t want to go to school because she’s the shortest kid in class. Through rhyming verse and beautiful illustrations, she eventually learns to celebrate her differences.
I am currently marketing the book in Illinois and will begin reaching out to Wisconsin media outlets in the Fall. I will be directing readers to the libraries that agreed to carry it; so if you’re willing, I’d love to include your library in my marketing plans.
Being Small is available at Ingram, Baker & Taylor and Amazon. I can send a PDF or ebook file of the entire book. This email includes an informational sheet and the full review from Midwest Book Review and Readers’ Favorite. Please let me know if you are interested in carrying the book. Thank you for your consideration. Your support truly means the world to me. Best, Lori Orlinsky [email protected] Comments are closed.
