 Latest News: In 2018, over 50 Libraries across the USA participated in the 21st Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival. From the nine films selected as finalists in 2018, two films have been short listed for the Oscars in 2019.

The Festival will screen across six continents between Thursday September 26 - Sunday October 6, 2019 and libraries may book as many shows as they like within that time period.
