New Director at Door County

We’d like to welcome Tina Kakuske as the new Door County Library Director!

Although this is Tina’s first job as a library director, she comes from a library background. She worked at Beloit Public Library for five years, where she was the head of adult and teen services. Prior to that she worked at Eager Free Public Library in Evansville.

Tina received her MLIS in 2013 from UW-Milwaukee. She used to be a classical musician and enjoys going to musical venues.

She started at Door County on April 3rd. She loves the Door County area and is excited to be in her new role and working with the Door County Library staff.
