Oconto Falls Main Street Open House

The streets of Oconto Falls were busy on Thursday, December 2, with people on a scavenger hunt looking for the Gingerbread Man; or in the library's case, the Gingerbread Lady.

​There were activities all over Main Street: carolers, wagon rides, food trucks, and neighbors meeting neighbors.

​​The Oconto Falls Community Library participates every year and library staff had lots of fun this year. The library sponsored a Selfie Station (or "photo booth" for old timers). Numerous visited the library to have their pictures taken.

​Outside in the parking lot, the FFA Alumni had a fire and was making Smores for the kids. Do you recognize anyone in the pictures?

The library also entered the Gingerbread House contest. Library staff made a replica of the library to encourage others to make one as well.

​Twelve gingerbread houses were entered into the contest (the library received a participation award).
