Meet Eliza, the new Library Manager of the Oneida Community Library and the Green Earth Branch Library. "She∙kú! My name is Eliza Skenandore and my Oneida name is Yutyátashnolats. I have an associate degree in IT-Information Technology Multimedia from ITT-Tech and also in Humanities from UWGB. I have my BA from UWGB in First Nation Studies with a minor in Human Development. I have also studied Library Services at UW-Madison in their master’s program and iSchool. Before coming to the Oneida Libraries, I worked at the NWTC Library as their Lead Library Lab Technician. I also did Wisconsin certified childcare in my home and used Oneida culture teachings in our lessons. I worked for the Oneida Nation as their Historical Multimedia Specialist for nine years. Before that, I worked at the Oneida Nation Museum and Oneida Gaming Time and Attendance. I’m excited to be working at the Oneida Libraries. I enjoy helping others and seeing them succeed! In my free time I love to create beadwork and a fan of E-sports and playing video games.” Welcome to the NFLS member libraries team, Eliza!
